BioSHEAL®
BioSheal® is a biodegradable paper-based tamper evident with 3 layers of security label produced from a substrate utilising adhesive and liner materials & having a plurality of security features on the rear side of the substrate made using specialised inks, tamper indicating and various authentication features (including holographic) for secure Tax Stamp application. This technology is in-house developed for a smart and secure label stock which is further upgraded with various advanced security features utilising hidden images, taggants and specialised inks for coating the substrate.
The product can be easily integrated with other technologies and incorporates security features, such as hidden images, taggants, holograms, and specialised inks, which can be embedded in the rear side of the label.
The top-coated biodegradable face stock provides excellent integration for various inks.
With a Shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture, the product can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry and sun-protected room.
A 100% tamper-evident label is designed to provide a customised holographic tamper message in the face stock when removal is attempted. It cannot be copied and reused.
The computer-imageable surface is part of a proven line top coating that accepts thermal transfer printing. Uniform calliper densified kraft liner provides consistent die-cutting. Dispensing: Designed for manual and automatic applications.
BioEAL™
BioEAL™ is a biodegradable paper-based tamper evident with 2 layers of security label produced from a substrate utilising adhesive and liner materials & having a plurality of security features on the rear side of the substrate. It is specially customised and designed for the product to provide extra security to Excise & Revenue (Tax Stamp) authorities.
